You can return any online, in-store or special-order purchase for a full refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. If you are returning an item you must complete a Return Authorization Form first.

Orders that have been financed and are not claimed or picked up within a 7-day period of the set delivery or pickup date will result in a 25% restocking fee.

Free Return Pickup of your item(s) is available if your purchase meets the following criteria:

  • You originally purchased a delivery at full price
  • The item you are returning is not a custom order item or a clearance item
  • The item you are returning is located within the Phoenix Metro Area
  • You have completed a Return Authorization Form within 3 days of receiving your item

Any product damage or any defect that is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item in order to qualify for a replacement or repair.

Any issue relating to a defect with your purchase after 30 days from receipt of the the item is to be handled directly with the furniture manufacturer under their warranty, if one is applicable and not through Sofa Shack.

After the purchased returned merchandise has returned to Sofa Shack, has been inspected and is in the same condition as it was when delivered or picked up, a full refund in the form a company check or store credit will be mailed after 3 days of the requested refund if cash or a check was used for the original purchase. If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the funds will be refunded back to the form of payment.

Sofa Shack reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer and are subject to inspection first.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated for all return charges and the returned item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.

Orders that are received by the customer, cannot be returned or exchanged after the 3-day window. 


If Sofa Shack is unable to reach the customer to make arrangements for delivery or pick up after 7 days of initial contact that the product is ready, the order will be cancelled and a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

A $195 charge will be issued if the customer refuses delivery for any reason at the time of delivery or if the customer is not at home at time of delivery.

Any purchase over $10,000 is subject to a 30% restocking fee.

All custom order sales are final and not eligible for returns.

Items sold directly off of the showroom floor are final sale and not eligible for our 3-day return policy guarantee.
